RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Winners are subject to and must pay the Federal and State income tax for the value of the grand prize prior to receiving the prize.
  • Winners are responsible for government, dealer, and DMV fees as applicable by law. Winner must qualify with Financial Institution and provide a valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance to receive prize.
  • The Presenter requests $100 per ticket to benefit Mission Hospital. Mission Hospital Foundation is a charitable organization under section 501c (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This is not a tax deductible donation. No purchase is necessary.
  • Grand Prize color and final configuration subject to Dealer stock. Additional options and special orders can be made at winner's expense. Note special orders may take 90 days.
  • No cash option.
  • Winner may gift the vehicle.
  • By entering, entrants release Presenter and its members, directors, agents, employees, donors and other related entities from any and all liability with respect to the prize.
  • No refunds of donations or prize substitutions.
