Classes
Our Bone Health Program consists of a 1 1/2 hour class taught by experts in the field.

Learn about:

-Osteoarthritis, Osteopenia and Osteoporosis
-Prevention and treatment
-Dietary influence
-Safe movement, balance, and injury prevention
-Pilates and Yoga

***Personal risk assessment will be conducted.

Mission Imaging Center located in Mission Women's Wellness Center offers bone density scanning (DEXA Scan) for those women at risk.
