RN New Grad Program

The RN New Grad Program provides recent graduate registered nurses with a comprehensive classroom and clinical orientation to nursing at Mission Hospital. Tailored to individual needs, the program is eight weeks minimum with up to 12 weeks for specialty areas of interest. New graduates are supported through Skills Days to gain proficiency, guidance on hospital policy and procedure interpretations, clinical skill development and evidence-based practices utilized on the units.

2011 sessions begin January 24 and July 25. Please view the Frequently Asked Questions and RN New Grad Program for details on the program and the application process.

Mission Hospital works with all accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Masters of Nursing (MSN) Programs, providing tuition reimbursement up to $5000 per year at six months of employment toward BSN or MSN completion through our Nursing Career Advancement Program.
