surgeons and plastic surgeons are board-certified in their specialty,
and more than 80 percent of our oncology staff is recognized as Oncology
Certified Nurses (OCN) by the Oncology Nursing Society.
This staff, including affiliated physicians, a physicist, radiation therapists
and specialized registered nurses, is a skilled, multidisciplinary team
focused on treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

Our radiation therapy department has a state-of-the-art

diagnostic MRI treatment that can detect tumors in areas not routinely found in biopsy
or other examination procedures. This MRI has proven to be a highly effective
tool in diagnosing and treating prostate cancer. With our

The Lymphedema Program provides education, preventive strategies, and therapy
for breast cancer patients. The program begins after surgery with preventive
exercise instruction that helps decrease the risk of developing lymphedema.
