Pricing and Insurance

Our Intake and Business Office staff is here to advocate for the care of our patients, work with insurance companies and assist in determining benefits.

We contract with most insurance plans and can accept Medicare and Tricare for covered services. However insurance policies and individual benefits vary greatly and detoxification and other inpatient care are typically covered only when determined to be "medically necessary." As a condition of participation with most insurance plans, we are obligated to collect co-payments and deductibles as outlined in the patient’s benefit description. Most insurance companies and managed care organizations will review patient medical records during hospitalization. With patient permission, we will work with insurance companies to provide them with accurate data.

The final cost of treatment is determined by the level of care provided, length of stay and the payment received from the insurance company. Please note that "authorized" care does not necessarily guarantee payment from an insurance company. Patients are ultimately responsible for the payment of fees. If self-paying for treatment or a portion of treatment, payment arrangements can be made.
