Family participation is crucial to every patient's recovery and is included in all levels of care. Several weeks after a patient completes the detox phase of treatment, family and friends are invited to participate in a meaningful and intensive four-day treatment experience. In a supportive and therapeutic setting, family will learn more about the disease of addiction and why it caused their loved one to make destructive choices. Together patients learn and practice how to communicate effectively and resolve issues, giving them the tools they need to maintain and enjoy sobriety.
