Women's Heart Health

Designed specifically for women, the Women's Heart Health Program is committed to the prevention and treatment of heart disease -- the number one killer of women in the United States. This comprehensive program provides a personalized Heart Health plan based on exam and diagnostic findings. Each one-hour appointment includes:

• Consultation with a Cardiovascular Registered Nurse
• Lipid profile (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, CRP, triglycerides) and glucose testing -- this service requires a 12-hour fast prior to a blood draw
• Cardiac Risk Profile
• 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG)
• Blood pressure and heart rate
• Body mass index (BMI)
• Physician referral as needed
• Lifestyle education as needed
• Follow up phone calls as needed

Fee: $75 (paid at time of service)
