Private Duty Services

St. Joseph Health System Home Care Services is a comprehensive agency that offers private duty care designed to meet the total needs of the patient at home. Our Private Duty staff members are dedicated to helping patients remain in their homes or to return home sooner following a hospital or skilled nursing facility admission. A nurse makes the initial assessment and set ups a plan of care to meet your individual needs.

Private Duty Staff Can Assist and Help Manage All of your Activities of Daily Living:

• Personal Care and bath visits
• Meal Preparation & Feeding
• Medication Reminder and management
• Shopping / Errands / Transportation
• Light Housekeeping
• Laundry

We can assist patients with:

• All Types of Dementia including Alzheimer's
• Terminally ill patients / Palliative Care
• Patients requiring skilled care (vents, tracheotomy, rehab, etc)
• People no longer able to care for themselves
