• Two-day alternative (TDA) - you can choose to work weekends only and still receive full-time health benefits and additional compensation
• Self-scheduling - allows you to have flexibility in your schedule
• Alternative Category for RNs (ACRN) - Mission Hospital offers a higher rate of pay for full-time RNs who forego benefits

Professional Development

• Annual specialty certification bonuses and assistance with obtaining specialty certification
• Advanced degree pay differential for BSN, MSN or MN
• On-site RN to BSN program through California State University, Fullerton
• Nursing Career Advancement Program (NCAP) provides financial assistance up to $5,000 per year to complete a BSN, MSN or MN degree
