Our beautifully designed 15,000-square-foot Mission Women's Wellness Center continues that tradition and provides everything a woman needs to stay healthy.  This full range of services and resources in one location, along with skilled and dedicated staff, ensures that every woman will receive the most advanced and personalized care available.

Nurse Navigator

We understand that healthcare is complex and often confusing.  Every woman who visits Mission Women's Wellness Center has the opportunity to meet with our complimentary Nurse Navigator.  This highly trained registered nurse is your personal guide and a partner in health.  She will help identify your specific health needs, assist with scheduling of procedures and recommend appropriate services to help you achieve your optimal health.

Understanding Wellness

In order to help women better understand how they can take charge of their health, we've developed resources including classes specifically tailored to women's health and wellness issues. We also offer an extensive resource library with materials covering common and complex health conditions.

Yoga & Massage Therapy

We offer Yoga and a variety of Massage Therapy options to every patient at the center. Promoting flexibility, strength and relaxation, Yoga is a key element in injury prevention and recovery, physical wellness or simply a stress reliever.  Massage Therapy can also support overall wellness as well as rehabilitation and preventative care. Our massage services are in a private, peaceful environment to help make every woman feel pampered and on the road to good health. These fee-based offerings are available by appointment only.

Meditation Room

The Meditation Room is a place for bringing peace and tranquility to your day.  Spending time in meditation can bring a sense of calm and promote healing of the mind and body. We invite every woman who visits our center to spend time in our Meditation Room and enjoy a moment of tranquility.

Solutions Boutique

Solutions - Resources for a Woman' s Life is located within Mission Women's Wellness Center and carries a wide selection of specialized products and supplies.  New moms will find everything they need for breastfeeding support, including nursing bras, breast pump rentals and sales, and more. For breast cancer survivors we carry a full range of items specifically designed to help you feel whole again, from customized breast forms and bras to headwear. Knowledgeable, certified bra fitters ensure that every woman receives the right product for her particular need. Inside Solutions, you will also find an array of products that support a healthy heart, as well as skin care for complete wellness of the mind, body and spirit.

Resource Library

Information is often the key to success.  That's why Mission Women's Wellness Center offers you access to our Resource Library. Designed by experts in women's health, it is stocked with up-to-date books, journals, and other materials including a Susan G. Komen dedicated center for breast cancer. The library also offers computer access to recommended and reputable healthcare sites.

Mission Women's Wellness Center is located in the Mission Medical Tower at Crown Valley and Los Altos.
