Mission Hospital has created a program dedicated to providing asthma education and assistance to the community. The Mission Asthma Program can help you and your child control asthma through education, access to no or low cost medical care and medications, and a partnership with the school districts in south Orange County.

    Classes in English and Spanish. Learn about:

  • Causes of asthma
  • Keeping asthma out of exercise
  • How to Prevent Asthma Attacks
  • Medications
  • The Breathmobile - asthma van for children with limited or no insurance
  • Assistance with obtaining healthcare insurance and medications
  • Ways to manage asthma and allergies at home
  • In-school programs with Saddleback Valley and Capistrano Unified School Districts
