Emphysema, bronchitis, asthma and pulmonary fibrosis are just a few of the many conditions that can impact an individual’s ability to live life to the fullest. In additions to shortness of breath, people with pulmonary problems often experience anxiety, decreased mobility and deconditioning. Mission Hospital’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Education Program (PREP) is specifically designed to provide the treatment, resources and information for people with pulmonary conditions to lead healthy, productive lives.
