The Joint Commission (2018-2021)

  • In the final report, following our unannounced triennial accreditation survey, we received significant praise from the surveyors for displaying best practices in dozens of areas.
  • The final report demonstrated our commitment to high quality patient care – not a single condition-level finding was identified. Mission is the only hospital to be surveyed in 2018 in the Providence St. Joseph Health family with zero condition-level findings.
