to accommodate your body’s changing needs during pregnancy. Poses
focus on increasing strength and flexibility while incorporating breathing
and relaxation techniques. This holistic approach is a perfect complement
to Kegel methods used during childbirth.
No fee or registration required. Please wear comfortable clothing (gym
wear). Bring a yoga mat or towel and water. No previous experience necessary.
