Email a Patient
Email a Patient is a service designed to provide friends and family members
convenient access to patients at Mission Hospital utilizing email to send messages.
Emails are checked once a day, Monday through Friday at 9:00 a.m., except
for holidays. During holidays and weekends, all emails will be checked
the next working day. All fields are required for successful submission.
To email a patient, please fill out the form below. A member of the Mission
Hospital Auxiliary will confidentially deliver the email to the patient.
